Wood Selection: Choose between premium English willow or budget-friendly Kashmir willow, with options in various grades for performance and price balance.
Bat Shape & Profile: Customize the blade shape, swell position, spine height, and edge thickness to match your shot style—whether you’re a front-foot driver or a back-foot puncher.
Handle Options: Select handle length, shape (round or oval), and grip thickness for better comfort and control.
Weight & Balance: We’ll help you find the ideal bat weight and pick-up feel—light for maneuverability or heavy for maximum power. Balance can be optimized for top, middle, or bottom-heavy feel.
Finishing Touches: Choose the number and straightness of grains, and enjoy optional oiling, sanding, and polishing for longevity and aesthetics.
Personalization: Add your name, team logo, custom text, or engraved designs to truly make your bat your own.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, register with us and start exploring our range of products. When you find the products you are looking for, add them to your cart, choose the desired payment mode and check out! You’ll get an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
You can also shop on our mobile app.

Why is signup required to make a purchase?
Creating an account allows you to save preferences, track orders, manage returns, and enjoy benefits like loyalty rewards and faster reordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, and payment options such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To modify your order, write to us ASAP at support@Twenty2yards.com.

How do I cancel my Order?
Tap on “My Orders” section under your profile on the 22 Yards App/Website and then select the item or order you want to cancel.
Do note, however that, once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you offer special discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for students, military personnel, teachers, first responders, and competitive cricket players. Verification (a valid identification document proving your claim) is required.

How do I apply a discount code?

Can I club two different discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

Not yet — for now, we’re focused on delivering across the USA. For international inquiries, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and typically arrive within 3-7 business days for standard deliveries, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping arrives in 1–3 business days.
International delivery timelines depend on the country of delivery. Reach out to us with your request and we’ll let you know the fastest we get your stuff to you.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
Orders can be tracked via:
Email Notifications – We send real-time updates, including order confirmation and tracking links, directly to your registered email address.
My Orders Section – Log into your 22Yards account and go to the "My Orders" section to view live tracking information, order history, and delivery status.

What’s your return policy?
You can return unused products with all labels intact within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable items: Personalized products (such as custom bats), used protective gear, and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchange: If you need to exchange your product for a different size or style, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Do keep in mind that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email address or phone number] with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do I start a return?
You can initiate a return from My account section of your profile or call +1 984-374-4736. You can also write to us at support@twenty2yards.com to request a return authorization number.
Once approved, you'll receive detailed instructions for returning your item.
Send your item back to the address provided, ensuring it’s securely packaged.
We’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days after we receive and verify your returned products.

Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free for orders over $100.
For orders under $100, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping regardless of order value.

How will I get my refund?
For transactions made online via credit/debit cards/net banking or other online payment modes, we refund the amount to your original payment account, within 24-48 business hours of us receiving and verifying the products.
It may take 5-7 business days, however, for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process too will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products. It will take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We also provide the hassle-free option of refund through 22 Yards coupons, which can be used for future purchases.
Remember though that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above. For example, if the products are damaged in any way after they are sent or used.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

We have a two-tiered loyalty and rewards program called the 22 Yards Club.

What are the two tiers of the program?
The two tiers are ‘The Pavilion’—a straightforward easy to use rewards program and a paid membership programme called ‘The Pro’.
When you sign up with us, you automatically become part of The Pavilion and start earning reward points every time you shop. The best part about this program is that there is no minimum spend or milestone required to earn or redeem points.
What’s more, you also get Birthday rewards & invitations to special promotions.
You can easily check your rewards from your profile dashboard.
The Pro is a paid membership program with four levels—Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can pick one that best suits your needs and unlock instant perks.

Where can I see my points and other membership details?
Your tier status would be visible in your Account Profile. Here you can track the points collected and redeemed and other membership benefits.

How do I redeem points?
Collecting and redeeming points with us is easy.
Select the redeem points button under Your Profile and use them to buy premium cricket gear at 22 Yards.
The points redeemed can be applied at the time of payment during checkout.

How can I renew my membership?
Your membership to The Pavilion is ongoing and will last as long as you have an account with us.
Your Membership to The Pro (any level) is for a year and needs to be renewed at the end of the tenure. We will send you reminders when renewal is due and guide you on the next steps.

Can change my membership level and program?
Yes. You can move from The Pavilion to The Pro by selecting the desired membership level under pro from among Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Once you opt for the chosen level and make the payment your upgraded membership level will reflect in your Profile. You can change your level (take any other level) any time by paying the difference.
