Returns and Exchange
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to a week after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Personalized products (such as custom bats), used protective gear, and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchange:
If you need to exchange your product for a different size or style, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Do keep in mind that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email address or phone number] with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
